I can't believe that both my kids are in school! Aubrey started a few weeks back, and I have been wanting to dedicate a post all about her big day. But blogger doesn't always behave, so it's a bit delayed. As you can see from the first picture, Aubrey was upset that mom and Casey left for school before Aubrey's turn. It broke my heart to leave with her so sad, but Casey starts school at 8:15, and even though it's right next door to her preschool, we had to have dad escort her on her big day. She had been excited for weeks, and loved meeting her teacher the week before, since it was Casey's teacher from preschool.

By the time she got into the classroom, she was still pouring on her dramatics. Unsure if she was really ready for her preschool debut...

And of course, the "after" photo, where she proudly displays one of the 3 paintings she made. Since then she has loved every minute of school, and her teacher has commented on how she loves to learn, and is a busy gal. We are so glad she loves to learn, make friends, and listen to her teacher!
